What Is RSS?
RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a format for delivering regularly changing website content. RSS
feeds allow website updates to be delivered right to your desktop via a RSS reader (special software). With RSS,
you don't have to go to a website to find out what's new on the site, the website comes to you. There are plenty
of free RSS readers that you can quickly and easily download to your computer. Just do an internet search for
"free RSS reader" (without the quotes).
To subscribe to the Functional Fitness Facts RSS feed, follow these simple steps:
- right-click (control-click for Mac) on the orange button at the bottom left of your screen
- Select Copy Shortcut (Copy Link Location for Firefox browser, Copy Link to Clipboard for Mac)
- Paste the shortcut/link into your RSS reader
You can also subscribe by clicking on the Google, Yahoo!, or MSN buttons if you
keep a personalized home page at any of these.
