the exercises even look a little strange. I was somewhat hesitant about trying some of the exercises at first,
but these unique exercises are what sets Firm And Flatten Your Abs apart from other ab training programs. If
you're bored with doing the same old exercises that most ab training programs recommend, you'll love the variety
of exercises in this book.
In addition to the training routines, the book contains an excellent chapter titled “14 Abdominal Myths.” This
chapter deals with all of the misinformation surrounding ab training. There are also chapters where David provides
answers to frequently asked training and nutrition questions and details his 15 most effective and essential secrets
of fat burning nutrition. I especially enjoyed the chapter on fat burning nutrition, as I have found that proper
nutrition has been the key to getting my own abs looking better than ever.
