Review of Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle
Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle is
the best selling diet and fitness e-book (a book in electronic format) in the history of the Internet. In fact,
it's one of the best selling e-books on ANY subject in the history of the Internet.
The reason why is because it's a comprehensive program that has helped thousands of men and women of all ages
and fitness levels permanently lose body fat by using proven, scientifically accurate, common sense advice. It's
not a starvation diet like so many conventional weight loss programs, it's a complete system that shows you how
to lose body fat in a healthy and safe way.
Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle was written by Tom Venuto, a respected fitness expert, natural bodybuilder, and
personal trainer. One thing I want to stress is that just because Tom is a bodybuilder don't think that the book
is only for bodybuilders. The principles in the book can be applied to anyone, regardless of their fitness level
and fitness goals. As Tom states in the book: "It doesn’t matter whether you’re a gym veteran preparing for a
bodybuilding contest or you’ve never worked out a day in your life. If you want to lose body fat and keep it off
forever, without losing muscle, without slowing down your metabolism, and without starvation, drugs, or gimmicks,
then this book is for you."
Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle is a fat loss program, not a weight loss program. It will show you why focusing
on losing weight is the wrong goal, and why you have to focus on losing fat instead. Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle
is not a low carb diet or a high protein diet. It will show you how to determine your own ideal protein, carbs and
fats ratio based on your body type and metabolism. It will also show you how to use aerobic exercise and strength
training in conjunction with a nutrition plan, and why an effective fitness program has to include all three
components.
Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle contains a whole chapter on goal setting. Many diet and fitness books barely
mention goal setting, but goal setting is a crucial component of any successful fitness program. The first chapter
of Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle is devoted entirely to the subject of goal setting, and it details a powerful goal
setting formula.
Burn the Fat, Feed The Muscle is 341 pages, so it's not a book that you're going to read in an hour or two. It
requires a serious time commitment. The commitment is well worth it though, because Burn the Fat, Feed The Muscle
is the most detailed book about fat loss ever written. It's the only book on the subject of fat loss that you will
ever need.
My one complaint with the book is that even though it's a professionally formatted PDF e-book, it's a little on
the plain side. It consists of only text and contains no photos. But this is a minor complaint, and overall I found
the book to be very informative and well written.
The bottom line?
If you're looking for some quick fix or "magic pill" solution to weight loss, this book is not for you. If
you want to learn the truth about fat loss and you're serious about making the lifestyle changes necessary to
permanently lose body fat and get into the best shape of your life, this book is exactly what you need.
