7 Minute Muscle shows you how to build lean muscle fast using very brief weight lifting workouts.
7 Minute Muscle was created by Jon Benson, a well-known life coach who specializes in helping people transform their lives through fitness and nutrition. Jon has created numerous training and nutrition programs that have helped hundreds of thousands of people get fitter and healthier.
The 7 Minute Muscle program consists of an ebook that explains the program and online training videos that show you how to implement the program.
The program is based on getting the most results in the least amount of time. As Jon states in the ebook: "It's a program that is grounded in science, common sense, practicality, a focus on results, and perhaps above all, saving you valuable time."
The program includes three training levels: A beginner level that consists of seven minutes of weight lifting per day, five days per week. An intermediate/advanced level that consists of 14 minutes of weight lifting per day, five days per week. A very advanced level that consists of 21 minutes of weight lifting per day, five days per week.
Being an experienced weight lifter myself, I had some doubts as to how effective very brief weight lifting workouts could be for building lean muscle. But after reading the ebook and viewing the training videos, I was impressed with the program.
Over 30 studies that validate the effectiveness of very brief weight lifting workouts are referenced in the ebook, and the training videos showed me that even though the workouts are brief, they're very challenging. I've also seen several pictures of the impressive body Jon has built primarily using the 7 Minute Muscle program.
I want to stress that even though the workouts contained in 7 Minute Muscle are brief, they're not easy. They require a high level of focus and intensity. If you're not willing to work hard, this program is not for you.
In addition to the weight lifting workouts, 7 Minute Muscle also includes a very brief cardio workout that only takes nine minutes to perform and only needs to be done two or three days per week after weight lifting.
While 7 Minute Muscle appears to be an effective way to build lean muscle fast, I don't currently use the program. The reason why is because I've been using a more traditional weight lifting program for quite some time, and I'm very happy with the results I've gotten from it. I also enjoy spending a little more time in the gym.
But if you don't have much time to spend in the
gym or you're not getting good results from your
current weight lifting program, 7 Minute Muscle
might be just what you need. To learn more about or purchase 7 Minute Muscle, Click Here.
