The Best Weight Loss Supplements

best weight loss supplements

What are the best weight loss supplements? Out of all the different weight loss supplements on the market, which ones actually work?

Many weight loss supplements don't live up to their advertised claims. Supplements that promise quick and easy weight loss with no effort on your part are a scam. You can't effectively lose weight just by taking a supplement. But certain supplements, when used in conjunction with diet and exercise, can help you lose weight.

Here's a list of the best weight loss supplements:

Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA)

CLA is a naturally occurring fatty acid found in beef and dairy products. CLA has been shown in numerous studies to help reduce body fat while helping to increase lean muscle mass. The amount of CLA found in beef and dairy products has declined substantially over the last few decades, so CLA supplements are a good way to increase CLA in your diet.

Hydroxycitric Acid (HCA)

HCA is also known as Citrimax. HCA is the principle acid found in the fruit and rind of Garcinia cambogia, a tropical tree fruit native to India. HCA has been used for centuries as a food condiment in Asia to make food more filling and satisfying. HCA has been clinically proven to suppress appetite and inhibit the conversion of carbohydrates to body fat.

Hoodia Gordonii

Hoodia is a cactus-like plant that grows in parts of southern Africa. There are many types of hoodia, but only hoodia gordonii is thought to be an appetite suppressant. The San Bushmen of the Kalahari desert in southern Africa have used hoodia gordonii for thousands of years to ward off hunger during long hunting trips. There's a lot of anecdotal evidence that hoodia gordonii is an effective appetite suppressant, but more clinical trials and studies are needed in order to confirm this.

Green Tea

Green tea is one of the most popular herbal supplements in the world because of it's many health benefits, which include reduced cholesterol, increased immune function, and a healthier cardiovascular system. Green tea is also commonly used as a weight loss supplement because of it's ability to raise metabolism and burn calories.

Phase 2

Phase 2 is the trademarked name of a natural ingredient derived from white kidney beans. Phase 2 has been clinically proven to help neutralize the enzymes in the digestive system that are responsible for converting carbohydrates to body fat.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar has been a popular home remedy for a variety of conditions for many years. It's often promoted as an aid for weight loss since there's evidence that it may help boost metabolism, increase energy and decrease hunger. But swallowing the acidic vinegar can be difficult, which is why it's best taken in supplement form.

Chromium

Chromium is an essential mineral that helps insulin metabolize fat, helps turn protein into muscle, and helps convert sugar into energy. Even though chromium is found in a variety of foods, most people are not getting enough chromium from their regular diet. Chromium supplements are a good way to increase chromium in your diet.

Coconut Oil

Coconut oil has been shown to stimulate the thyroid gland. The thyroid gland determines the metabolic rate of the body, and therefore determines how many calories the body burns each day.

In conclusion, if you need to lose weight, one or more of these best weight loss supplements might be helpful.
