An Aerobic Stepper Unlike Any Other

aerobic stepper

I recently learned about a very unique aerobic stepper called the X-iser. It's unlike any other stair stepper on the market, so I want to let my website visitors know about it.

What makes the X-iser so unique is that it enables anyone, regardless of age or fitness level, to do sprint training. Sprint training is a type of high intensity interval training (HIIT), and it's one of the best ways to improve cardiovascular fitness and lose weight. I'm a big proponent of sprint training, as I've been performing sprint workouts on a regular basis for over 10 years. The X-iser enables anyone to experience the benefits of sprint training without having to go to a track and run sprints.

The X-iser was invented by Dr. Juris Terauds, a professor of biomechanics and the founder of The International Society of Biomechanics in Sports. In 1977, while at the University of Alberta, Dr. Terauds and a team of researchers set out to design a piece of exercise equipment that could be used for sprint training. Even in 1977, Dr. Terauds already knew just how beneficial sprint training was.

All stair steppers seen today are a result of Dr. Terauds and his research team's work. However, as various stair steppers were developed, they lost the critical component of being able to go at high speed for sprint training. Many stair steppers also added unnecessary handles that added cost, size and weight, and encouraged leaning and poor posture.

Even though the X-iser has been around for many years, it's only now gaining more widespread popularity as an increasing amount of research shows just how beneficial high intensity interval training is. Many fitness experts are now recommending high intensity interval training in addition to or instead of traditional aerobic exercise.

Here's a video that demonstrates some of the key differences between the X-iser and a regular stair stepper:

The X-iser is arguably the best aerobic stepper on the market. Here are the primary reasons why:

  • It's Time Efficient - It improves cardiovascular fitness and burns calories in just minutes a day.

  • It's Convenient - It enables you to do sprint training in the comfort of your home.

  • There's No Impact - It simulates sprinting, but without any impact on your joints or back.

  • It Improves Balance and Strength - It improves balance and lower body strength.

  • It's Compact and Portable - It uses only two cubic feet of space, weighs only 14 pounds, and folds down flat.

  • It's High Quality - It's a very sophisticated piece of equipment that uses patented technology.

In conclusion, if you want to experience the benefits of sprint training but don't have the time, desire or ability to go to a track and run sprints, the X-iser aerobic stepper is just what you need.
