Hello from Jim Plummer!

Here is some background information on me.

I was relatively fit in my teens and twenties, but I didn't exercise on a consistent basis and my diet wasn't particularly healthy. I started to get more serious about my health when I was in my early thirties. I educated myself on exercise and nutrition, and applied what I learned. As I got older, I was able to continually improve my physical fitness and overall health. I'm now 51 years old, and I'm in the best shape of my life. I've experienced firsthand how exercise and healthy eating can slow down the ageing process and help you maintain a high quality of life regardless of how old you are.

In 2007, I created my website so I could help others experience the same benefits from exercise and healthy eating that I've experienced. My website contains information, advice, and resources that will help anyone lead a healthier life.
